We aim to preserve the history of policing in Essex whilst making learning fun. The Essex Police Museum has lots of craft activities and events throughout the year for all ages.

Join us for our second-hand book and DVD sale! A variety of books and DVDS will be available to purchase – books and DVDs are 50p each, sealed DVDs are £1 each and boxsets just £2! All money raised will help fund the Essex Police Museum which is a self-funded charity (Registered charity No. 1042055).

Join us for tales of haunted police stations, disembodied footsteps, ghostly laughter and half-glimpsed apparitions. Handed down from officer to officer, employee to employee, these stories run through the police force from the very earliest days of the Essex Constabulary.
